Do you use archive materials?

All original drawings and fine art prints (giclée), are created on archival, museum quality acid free art paper, which means inks will not fade and you can enjoy your artwork for generations to come.

How do I look after my artwork?

To preserve the quality of your artwork, avoid placing it in direct sunlight or fluorescent lighting.
Keep away from areas with high humidity, and at normal room temperature (65-75 °F, 18-23 °C), and only use acid free framing and mounting materials.

For drawings, it is best to place it in a glass frame.



Do I get free shipping?

Yes! All prints and original artwork sold on comes with free world-wide delivery.

All pictures are securely packed and insured.

What do I do if my artwork arrives damaged?

If your order arrives and the artwork is damaged, please contact me immediately to let me know. Before opening the package, you must photograph the damaged package. Open package to see if the artwork has been damaged, if the artwork is damaged, please photograph the damaged artwork. All artwork is insured for transport.

7 day no questions asked money back guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase.

How do I return my purchase?

For a full refund the artwork must be returned in the original packaging and undamaged. All return shipping is at customers expense. Artwork must be insured by the customer for return. Please take photos of the artwork and package prior to return shipping. The 7 day return period starts when you receive the item from me. Please notify me by email within 7 days that you wish to cancel your order and that you intend to return the item(s). I will be happy to offer you a full refund excluding the cost of delivery. Full refund will only be given upon receipt of artwork photos and returned package.

Sales Tax

Do I have to pay sales tax?

No VAT/sales tax will be applied to your purchase, but you may have to pay VAT/sales tax at your local rate upon delivery, depending on where you live.

Do the pictures come framed?

No, original artworks and limited edition prints for sale on com are sold unframed.

Oil paintings do come with hanging wire installed, so they are ready to hang.

How do I flatten a rolled artwork?

There are a few options available to flatten a rolledartwork:

Method 1
The easiest method is to first remove the artwork from the cardboard tube and remove all other wrapping materials. Then place the artwork immediately inside a glass frame. Make sure you have a method of securing the artwork within the contents of the frame and the print is flush with the glass.

Method 2
Remove your artwork from the cardboard tube and all other wrapping materials. Lay the artwork down on a flat, CLEAN AND DRY surface. Then place the glass frame you will be placing the artwork into on top of the artwork to flatten it. Wait 24 hours, then place the artwork in the frame.
