How do I purchase artwork?
To purchase artwork on Tobycarrfineart.com, please click on the name of the piece you like. You will be taken to the SaatchiArt.com website where the various sizing, materials and framing options are available.

Materials
Do you use archive materials?
All Tobycarrfineart.com prints, are available fine art paper and canvas, which means inks will not fade and you can enjoy your artwork for generations to come.
How do I look after my print?
To preserve the quality of your print it is best to place it in a glass frame.
Avoid placing it in direct sunlight or fluorescent lighting.
Keep away from areas with high humidity, and at normal room temperature (65-75 °F, 18-23 °C), and only use acid free framing and mounting materials.
Framing
Do the pictures come framed?
All prints are available to be purchased with frames in either black, white or natural wood.
Original art does not come framed.
How do I flatten a rolled print?
Original artwork is delivered rolled. Professional framers with take care of unrolling artwork to be framed, but if you decide to frame the artwork yourself, please follow the instructions below
There are a few options available to flatten a rolled print:
Method 1
The easiest method is to first remove the print from the cardboard tube and remove all other wrapping materials. Then place the print immediately inside a glass frame. Make sure you have a method of securing the print within the contents of the frame and the print is flush with the glass.
Method 2
Remove your print from the cardboard tube and all other wrapping materials. Lay the print down on a flat, CLEAN AND DRY surface. Then place the glass frame you will be placing the print into on top of the print to flatten it. Wait 24 hours, then place the print in the frame.

What currency can I purchase artwork with?
SaatchiArt.com accepts payments in Australian Dollars (AUD), British Pounds (GBP), the US Dollar (USD), Canadian Dollars (CAD) and Euros (EUR).
Sales Tax
Do I have to pay sales tax?
All purchases are taken care of through the SaatchiArt.com website. All relevant taxes will be calculated automatically at time of purchase.
